NO-BLE RUM – PREMIUM RUM
ORIGIN
The Caribbean sugar cane molasses was subjected to a slow fermentation process in Jerez, Spain. The intermediate product with its higher alcohol and esters was then distilled in pot stills to obtain a rum with a richer aroma. This distillate is then matured in American oak Oloroso sherry barrels for 5 years.
TASTE AND AROMA
The Noble rum contains notes of vanilla with a mild sweetness and rich fruitiness. The original citrus fruits were gradually replaced by sherry notes such as dried fruit and raisins. Towards the end you can taste undertones of roasted aromas, oak and wood smoke. The 5-year maturation process in the Oloroso sherry barrels is the basis of an originally dry touch of roasted almonds and leaves you with a long-lasting, perfectly balanced aftertaste.
