Shipping to Belgium is always free for orders over €149.
We ship all orders in our own sturdy shipping boxes
We charge €7.99 shipping costs for orders less than €149.


For shipments to the Netherlands, Germany, France, Luxembourg and Monaco, a fixed amount of €14.99 is charged.

Delivery time
We try to ship your order within 24 hours
Normally the delivery time from dispatch is a maximum of 2 days.
If this is not the case due to circumstances beyond our control, we unfortunately cannot compensate you for this.
We guarantee that the package will be delivered to the courier service as quickly as possible and unfortunately we have no influence on the correct handling of the delivery.

Postal delivery service
Upon receipt, the postman will ask you to sign for receipt.
If you are not at home when your order is delivered, the postman will leave your package at the nearest Postal location.

The right of withdrawal is also called the right of return. This law applies to distance purchasing.
Cooling-off period: As a customer, you have a 14-day cooling-off period after the product has been received.
The purchase may therefore be returned within 14 days of receiving the product.
For partial deliveries, the 14-day cooling-off period starts when the last part of the delivery has been received.
Assessing the product: As a customer, you may assess the product, please ensure that you do not damage any sleeve or box of the bottle,
and it is best to inspect the bottle before opening it.
Also be careful not to damage or break any seal.
Bottled drinks cannot be returned once opened for hygienic reasons.
Will the product be returned and is there any visible damage or wear?
This will be deducted from the purchase price and only the residual value will be reimbursed.
Reimbursement: within 14 days after the product has been returned, the purchase price including shipping costs minus any damage will be reimbursed.
If only part of the shipment is returned, the shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
These shipping costs are the costs to deliver the package to the customer.
Return costs: The return costs are paid by the customer himself unless decides otherwise.
