On the occasion of 20 years of Mollenrit, this gin was brewed in Rijkevorsel at Sterkstokers with the following ingredients: Juniper, Burdock, Artichoke, Basil, Hibiscus, Paradise Seed, Ginger, Chicory, Roses, Orange.
It is best to drink the MOLLEKE GIN with 1724 Tonic Water. The quinine in this tonic comes from the Andes Mountains in Argentina and is hand-picked at exactly the altitude of 1724m. 1724 Tonic Water is produced in Chile.
MOLLEKE GIN and 1724 Tonic Water:
Fill a glass with plenty of ice, swirl the ice into the glass and pour away the remaining water. Supplement this with Molleke Gin and 1724 Tonic Water in a ratio of 1 to 3, so 5cl gin to 15cl tonic. Add the remaining tonic (5cl) to taste. Don't stir too much or the co² will disappear. Drink the gin and tonic without a straw so that the taste buds on the tip of your tongue can taste all the ingredients.
