Lakes One Manzanilla Finished Whiskey
Plum jam, cooked sweets and aromatic wood smoke on the nose with a hint of saltiness lead to a palate of lightly stewed apples, candied ginger and a hint of lemon zest, with an uplifting, fresh and balanced finish.
Lakes One Moscatel Finished Blended Whisky
Similar in style to PX, albeit less sweet, Moscatel wine is made with grapes from the small town of Chipiona, in the province of Cádiz in Andalusia. Taking advantage of the Soleo process – drying the grapes in the sun before pressing – the resulting reduction in water and relative change in sugar content changes the viscosity, taste and aroma of the juice, leading to fresh and floral characters in the barrel.
Lakes One Sherry Finished Blended Whiskey
A seductive aroma of Medjool dates, raisins and polished wood leads to dark chocolate, sun-dried dates, wood spices with a hint of smoke on the palate, with a rich, warming and lingering finish.
Lakes One Signature Blended Whiskey
Complex but balanced with fresh orchard fruit, butterscotch and a hint of smoke on the nose. Wonderfully rounded on the palate with vanilla custard, slightly honey-sweet fruits and a hint of herbs.
Lakes One Port Finished Blended Whisky
This whiskey is full and smoky with ripe cherries and plums on the nose, hints of stone fruit, nutmeg and black pepper on the palate, leading to a long, warming finish.
