Our master distiller has handcrafted this smooth and luscious, yet refreshing gin with three carefully distilled imperial black teas from Assam (India), Cashmere (Himalayan) & Yunnan (China).
The subtle addition of carefully selected lemon peel, lemongrass, bitter almond & grains of paradise gives Blind Tiger Imperial Secrets its warming spiciness, which lingers lushly on the tongue.

Process
Our botanicals (except tea) are macerated and distilled in a copper still (400l). We add the separately distilled teas afterwards.

On the palate, higher notes of citrus, coriander and lemongrass emerge, supported by a warming glow from both the imperial black tea and the 45% alcohol grain spirit that lingers in the aftertaste.
Aroma and taste alternate with floral notes of the tea that play a prominent role in the grand finale.
