To create this expression, Dr. Rachel Barrie combines bourbon, sherry and Marsala wine casks, giving you flavors of sun-dried fruit and warming festive spice notes in this smoky single malt.
Nose: Flamed orange peel, chocolate brownies fresh from the oven, raisins and walnuts.
Taste: Well-rounded sweetness from the Marsala barrels, beautifully interspersed with woody smoke and a hint of cloves. Finish: Almond, orange again, peppercorns and hickory.
